Paige Flink, Chief Executive Officer, joined The Family Place in 1991 as Director of Community Education after having served on the agency's board of directors and as the first president of Helping Hands. Her background includes extensive experience in management, special events planning, marketing and fundraising. She was promoted to Director of Development before becoming the agency's Executive Director in 1997. A graduate of Leadership Dallas, Ms. Flink serves on the Board of Directors of the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance, participated in the Mayor’s Task Force to create the Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness and chairs the monthly meetings of Membership Committee of Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance. She has chaired the committee to develop the Council of Government Community Plan and serves as an active member of the Family Violence Prevention Council and City of Dallas Domestic Violence Task Force. She is a member of Dallas Assembly, Charter 100 and Leadership Dallas Alumni Association.
