Doug Toft is a writer and book development editor in Minneapolis. Over the past three decades he has worked with many nonprofits, including Wilder Foundation, Hazelden Foundation and Mayo Clinic. He's especially interested in human resources, knowledge management and technology. Since 1989, Doug has also been a contributing editor to Becoming a Master Student, a best-selling college textbook published by Cengage Learning.
