Brad Pierson is a vision-conscious, strategic change agent with more than 30 years of experience in direct service and management capacities. Brad has led staff teams of up to 150 people, trained more than 5,000 team professionals and managed budgets of up to $10 million. Brad builds collaborative internal and stakeholder relationships to fully realize an organization's stated values and mission. Known for developing and successfully launching new methodologies, improving organizational performance, and ensuring timely and complete implementation of large-scale projects, Brad has a strong working knowledge of research and evaluation methods and exceptional customer care. Brad is an empathetic, solution-oriented counseling generalist with expertise in individual, couples, family and military personnel re-integration psychotherapy services. He has an extensive knowledge of the assessment and treatment of mental health and behavioral disorders, psychological factors influencing work behavior and performance, and individual differences in personality, aptitude, interests, motivation and learning styles.
