1. Registration and Profile Information
Most of your MissionBox Registered User profile information (with the exceptions provided in the account settings) can be viewed by Website users. Some profile information is required. As a Registered User, you may choose to provide additional information that will allow others to more easily connect with you and for us to provide you with more relevant content and customized services. Please do not provide personal information in your profile that you would not want to be made publicly available.
By creating a MissionBox account, you consent to us sending you messages about your account and any business you transact with us through your account.
With your permission, we may send you emails about our company, new features and other updates. 3. Collection of Information
We collect information when you use our Services. As already indicated, we collect registration and profile information when you create an account. We may also collect information, for example, about the ads on the Website that you view or click on, the searches you perform on the Website, the forums you participate in, the content you share, and the connections you make on the Website. We can use this information to provide you with recommended content or third-party service recommendations.
Using Google Analytics, we may collect certain information about Website visitors who are not Registered Users, but that information does not identify any individual visitor. Information we track using Google Analytics includes information about the device types, browsers, operating systems and networks used by our Website visitors. If you are not a Registered User and use the Website to submit a completed "Contact Us" form, we will collect that information. We also collect the IP addresses of devices the Website’s visitors use to visit the Website.
4. Payment Processing
If you purchase services or products from MissionBox, your payment information is hosted by Recurly. They provide us with the secure billing software services that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We do not see or store your payment information. Your payment information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS). Your payment data is stored as long as is necessary to complete your initial purchase transaction and if applicable, subsequent renewal charges. After your service is cancelled, your payment information is deleted.

5. Third-party sites
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, unless authorized or initiated by you.
It is possible we may need to disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, to enforce our User Agreement, protect the security or integrity of our Service, or exercise or protect the rights, property, or safety of our Registered Users, personnel, or others.
7. Discussion Forums
If you participate in public discussion forums, any information you post using the forums can be read by other Registered Users in these forums and other third parties, including advertisers. We are not responsible for the information you choose to post in these forums. Your forum comments are typically searchable on our Services, and may be public and searchable on the Internet. You can remove your forum posts at any time; however, others may have already copied or used information that you previously shared.
8. Mentoring and Connecting
If you issue invitations to connect with or messages to other Registered Users through our Services, you will be listed by your name and name of your organization. Once you have agreed to connect with an individual, your contact information will be shared with that individual.
9. Data Retention
To protect the personal information collected from you by means of the Website, we endeavor to take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost or improperly destroyed; or used, accessed, or disclosed for an unauthorized purpose or to or by an unauthorized person; or altered without your consent or agency.
We offer secure https access to the Website. We use automatic scanning technology to help us identify and block malicious links and malware forum posts and group contributions, reduce spam and optimize the delivery of our Services.
However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you provide to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or operational safeguards. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information and use a strong password.
