Hundreds of people can be impacted by a suicide in the community, in need of hope, support and guidance, as they work through the grief and emotions of loss. Franklin County LOSS was founded in 2014 with the intent to support those who lost a loved one to suicide (Postvention) throughout central Ohio. Our organization provides resources, guidance, companions during and after, as well as education about the rising concern of suicide. We also provide support groups for adults and teens who have been personally impacted by a suicide loss. Coping with a suicide loss is unimaginably painful and confusing; survivors need to know they are not alone and that with time, they have the power to heal again. Please consider being an instillation of hope to suicide loss survivors by volunteering your time or donating to better our community and the hearts of loss survivors!
