‘Let there be space for all’ is an activity based campaign to create space for all (sparrows, butterflies, honey bees, squirrels, house crows etc) at homes & offices. They are integral part of human-associated landscapes & are important to our ecology system. Sparrow shared a 10000 years of relationship with the mankind & is the natural bio-indicator of Environmental Health. No bees – no pollination - Globally, there are more honey bees than other types of bee and pollinating insects, so it is the world’s most important pollinator of food crops. The food that we consume each day relies on pollination mainly by bees, but also by other insects, birds, bats, moths, butterflies, hummingbirds, ants, and beetles. Vultures are going extinct, sparrows are vanishing in India, unfortunately few species of bees are already extinct, few are critically endangered and many more are seriously declining in numbers. Yes, We can bring them back to our homes, their homes" by creating environment (hanging nests, bird feeders, bath tubs (set) at home) to prevent sparrows, bees, vultures going extinct in India.
