Association for Social Solidarity and Empowerment Training Trust has conducted survey recently in Nilaiyur, Nilaiyur colony, Kaithari Nagar villages where full of handloom textile workers living under very below poverty condition and especially daily wage women hand loom textile workers is large compare to male members because of new textile machines and producers mills handloom textile workers completely being as unemployment and in mean time the daily wage hand loom textile workers approached the bankers require securities on which only they lend money to the borrowers, however this is not in the case of poor women workers who do handloom textile women workers and make income out of other unorganized farm labor, those do not have lands or immovable assets are not being given loans. Hence, they have to reach and avail loans from money lenders, who charge higher rates of interest from the borrowers and put the poor women in sheer poverty and in debts permanently. Daily wage handloom textile working women hard earned income are going to repay the loans and the higher rates of interest, hence, the take home pay is double digit money, that is not adequate to feed the family members. Hence, families face malnutrition, break up in education , and health care issues, that is why Teens empowerment through alternative job training thereby get new skill and teen boys and girls not follow traditional handloom and they are prepare new skills towards ends their parent poverty & recover
