In most urban area of Ethiopia HIV/AIDs and other pandemic diseases impoverish more families and produce new generations of orphans. Consequently, children are loss access to education. However, education creates choices and opportunities for reducing poverty, disease and gives the children voice in society. So, investing on children’s education is significant to avoid to greater long-term cost of not educating children and leaving them vulnerable to abuse, poverty and a life with little hope for the future. Therefore, to address the multi-faceted problems of OVCs Mulata Rehoboth Children Support organization was registered in October, 2009 as per the newly endorsed charities and society’s proclamation by Ethiopian Government. After its establishment, in the last three consecutive years it was delivering support services to 80 OVCs in Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne, Holeta town through provision of educational materials, cloth, skill training, food items and engaging care giver families of orphan children on different income generating activities. Besides, because of the current unique local situation demands support intervention for growing number of OVCs the MRCSO has planned to subsidizing 200 OVCs both in the towns of Holeta and Ambo of Oromia Regional State by providing school expenses, tutors class and life skill training and other integrated activities.
