The Coven is a network of membership clubs and virtual communities centered on the experiences of women, non-binary and trans folks. We help our members take charge by creating the physical and psychological safety they need to develop a bias for action, and catalyze professional transformation through workshops, connections, and coaching. The Coven’s special sauce is in equipping each member with the unique resources they need to thrive in a brave, beautiful space for connecting and working.
