What channels are available and appropriate to use to optimize engagement?
Again, we will be requesting feedback from workshop participants. That said, here is our list:
Personal interviews (virtual or face-to-face)
Town Halls or Forums ( (virtual or face-to-face)
Social Media (caveat: members of all stakeholder groups are increasingly reluctant to air personal, sometimes controversial opinions on social media channels, including as part of a specific engagement process.)
NOTE: The best options for community engagement will allow coordinators to track engagement analytics (Return on Engagement: ROE) to measure the level of participation of each individual and/or group.
