Austin Public Health has updated the Flow Charts and Guidance for child care programs based on updated Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance. The changes to the guidance are minimal and they are flagged with a new orange box for easy identification. We have also included as separate stand alone documents the two parent verification forms that are part of Appendix A of the guidelines for ease of printing.
