The Austin-Travis County COVID-19 Child Care Task Force would like to share the following information with child care providers
Child Care Supplies Survey
Austin Public Health (APH) has received face masks and hand sanitizer for child care programs that need them. To request face masks, hand sanitizer, or other child care supplies, please use this link to complete the Child Care Supplies survey. APH staff will contact child care programs that have responded to the survey to provide details for distribution.
Please note that in order to receive child care supplies from APH, your program must be registered with the Frontline Child Care. If you are not registered, please visit Frontline Child Care and create an account. Registering on Frontline Child Care allows the Task Force to best address our child care community needs.
New APH Email for Child Care
APH has created a new email for child care providers to submit questions about COVID-19 guidance, recommendations, or local health orders related to child care. If you have questions regarding these specific areas, please email ChildCareInfo@austintexas.gov. Child care providers should continue to contact the APH Nurse Line at 512-972-5560 to report any cases of COVID-19 or ask questions about potential COVID-19 exposure.
