Thanks to the feedback from our partners, we are continually improving this platform to be a positive experience for caregivers.
When possible, we can make modifications to improve the overall experience. For example, after receiving feedback about the number of messages being sent out, we have decided to send out only 1 message per week regarding free, local events.
Nationally, Bright By Three intentionally staggers the messages from their program library so that a caregiver isn't receiving more than 2-3 per week. So, a caregiver should be receiving between 3-5 total messages per week, unless more than one child is signed-up.
Finally, thank you for your patience this month with a small glitch at the national level where Bright By Three had Spanish messages being sent out to families who had signed up in English. This issue has been resolved.
